Chiarimenti sull’utilizzo dei codici EER 99

OGGETTO: utilizzo codici EER 99

Alcune Sezioni regionali hanno richiesto al Comitato nazionale chiarimenti circa l’utilizzo, ai fini dell’iscrizione all’Albo, dei codici dell’elenco europeo dei rifiuti che terminano con le cifre 99 e che non risultano regolamentati da disposizioni normative.

A tale riguardo il Comitato nazionale si è già espresso con propria circolare prot. n.661 del 19/04/2005, ribadendo che per la corretta classificazione dei rifiuti è

Queste linee guida sono basate sulla revisione delle migliori pratiche e dei risultati di recenti studi metodologici e applicativi.
