Linee guida OCSE e UE ai test

Gli studi ai sensi delle prescrizioni in materia di informazioni sull'ecotossicità, la tossicità e le proprietà fisico-chimiche sono solitamente condotti sulla base di linee guida per le sperimentazioni, che sono state approvate dall'OCSE e dall'UE.

In seguito agli sviluppi nell'ambito scientifico e della regolamentazione, sono state aggiunte nuove linee guida per l'effettuazione delle sperimentazioni e aggiornate quelle già in essere. Per mezzo della presente pagina web, l'ECHA intende assistere i dichiaranti spiegando come possono servirsi delle suddette linee guida per soddisfare le prescrizioni in materia di informazioni ai sensi del REACH. Vi è descritta, per esempio, la funzione delle nuove linee guida nel contesto delle strategie di sperimentazione, ove del caso. Si tratta di informazioni che l'ECHA fornisce in anticipo sull'aggiornamento formale dei propri orientamenti.

È possibile che la "Guida alle prescrizioni in materia di informazione e alla valutazione della sicurezza chimica" possa trattare parte del contenuto delle linee guida. In tal caso, oltre alle informazioni di cui alla presente pagina deve essere consultata anche la stessa "Guida".

I riferimenti specifici della sezione che segue rimandano alle linee guida dell'OCSE per le sperimentazioni e ai metodi di sperimentazione dell'UE, qualora disponibili.
