La direttiva 2013/53/EU stabilisce i requisiti per la progettazione e la fabbricazione dei prodotti seguenti prodotti:
a) imbarcazioni da diporto e imbarcazioni da diporto parzialmente completate; b) moto d’acqua e moto d’acqua parzialmente completate; c) componenti elencati all’allegato II se immessi sul mercato dell’Unione separatamente, in prosieguo denominati «componenti»; d) motori di propulsione installati o specificamente destinati a essere installati su o in unità da diporto; e) motori di propulsione installati su o in unità da diporto oggetto di una modifica rilevante del motore; f) unità da diporto oggetto di una trasformazione rilevante.
