Decreto 05 ottobre 1984, attuazione della direttiva (CEE) n.47 del 16 gennaio 1984, che adegua al progresso tecnico la precedente direttiva (CEE) n.196 del 6 febbraio 1979, concernente il materiale elettrico destinato ad essere impiegato in atmosfera esplosiva, e già recepita con il decreto del Presidente della Repubblica 21 luglio 1982, n.675.
