Con l'ADR 2027 previste modifiche alle Istruzioni Scritte (tremcards) Cap. 5.4.3. A seguire le novità. In allegato Modello EN con le modifiche in rosso.

1.6.1.58 The instructions in writing in accordance with the requirements of ADR applicable up to 31 December 2026, but which do not however conform to the requirements of 5.4.3 applicable as from 1 January 2027, may continue to be used until 31 December 2027.”

5.4.3.4 In the tables on pages 2 and 3 of the instructions in writing, amend the following:

- In the row for label 1.4, amend the text in column (2) to read “Slight possibility of explosion and fire.”.
- In the row for label 2.1, in column (2), replace “Risk of fire. Risk of explosion.” by “May cause fire. May cause explosion.”.
- In the row for label 2.1, in column (2), replace “Risk of asphyxiation.” by “May cause asphyxiation.”.
- In the row for label 2.2, in column (2), replace “Risk of asphyxiation.” by “May cause asphyxiation.”.
- In the row for label 2.3, in column (2), replace “Risk of intoxication.” by “May cause intoxication.”.
- In the row for label 3, in column (2), replace “Risk of fire. Risk of explosion.” by “May cause fire. May cause explosion.”.
- In the row for label 4.1, in column (2), replace “Risk of fire.” by “May cause fire.”.
- In the row for label 4.1, in column (2), replace “Risk of explosion of desensitized explosives after loss of desensitizer.” by “Loss of desensitizer in desensitized explosives may lead to an explosion.”.
- In the row for label 4.2, in column (2), in the first sentence, replace “Risk of” by “May cause”.
- In the row for label 4.3, in column (2), replace “Risk of” by “May cause”.
- In the row for label 5.1, in column (2), replace “Risk of” by “May cause”.
- In the row for label 5.2, in column (2), in the first sentence, replace “Risk of” by “May cause”.
- In the row for label 6.1, in column (2), in the first sentence, replace “Risk of” by “May cause”.
- In the row for label 6.1, in column (2), in the second sentence, replace “Risk” by “Hazardous”.

- In the row for labels 9 and 9A, in column (2), in the fourth sentence, replace “Risk” by “Hazardous”.

On page 3 of the instructions in writing, in Note 1 replace “risks” by “hazards”.

In the table on page 4 of the instructions in writing, amend the following:
- In the column heading of column (1), replace “Mark” by “Marks”.
- In the row for the mark for environmentally hazardous substances, in column (2), replace “Risk” by “Hazardous”.
- In the row for the mark for elevated temperature substances, in column (2), replace “Risk of” by “May cause”.
