M332 - Low specific activity LSA-III material in accordance with 2.2.7.2.3.1.4 of ADR
Under section 1.5.1. of ADR, concerning low specific activity LSA-III material in accordance with 2.2.7.2.3.1.4 of ADR
(1) By derogation from the provisions of ADR 2.2.7.2.3.1.4 in relation to low specific activity LSA-III radioactive material, this material does not need to undergo the leaching test prescribed in the aforesaid paragraph.
(2) The other provisions of ADR for the carriage of low specific activity radioactive material LSA-III remain applicable.
(3) This agreement shall be valid until 31 December 2022 for the carriage on the territories of those ADR Contracting Parties signatory to this Agreement. If it is revoked before that date by one of the signatories, it shall remain valid until the abovementioned date only on the territories of those Contracting Parties signatory to this Agreement which have not revoked it.
