Multilateral Agreement M364 under paragraph 1.5.1 of ADR concerning documents to be carried on the transport unit in accordance with 8.1.2.2

1. By derogation from the provisions in 8.1.2.2 concerning documents to be carried on the transport unit, the certificate of approval for a trailer need not to be in the driver's cab provided it is kept accessible in a safe place on the trailer, protected from the weather.

2. This agreement shall be valid until 31.12.2026 for carriage on the territories of the ADR Contracting Parties signatory to this Agreement. If it is revoked before that date by one of the signatories, it shall remain valid until the above-mentioned date only for carriage on the territories of those ADR Contracting Parties signatory to this Agreement which have not revoked it.
