The purpose of this document is to support the Notified Bodies in charge ofradio equipment compliance assessment in applying a consistent approach related to the requirements stemming from Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/320.

Regolamento delegato (UE) 2019/320 della Commissione del 12 dicembre 2018 che integra la direttiva 2014/53/UE del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio per quanto riguarda l'applicazione dei requisiti essenziali di cui all'articolo 3, paragrafo 3, lettera g), di tale direttiva, al fine di garantire la localizzazione del chiamante nelle comunicazioni di emergenza da dispositivi mobili.
